Costa Azul in Burbank

This place is the one I like best. I visit many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The stuff is very warm and the cooking they cook is so flavorful. I never decline to have a good meal here. I highly recommend this place.

Good food and service. Tacos were great and the beef soup is fabulous on a cold day.

Food was Delicious, chips& salsa was good.

Food was good, just the inside was very hot. We had to ask them to turn on the A/C

This used to be my favorite place like we would eat here even 2 times a day! I haven’t seen the same guys in the kitchen for months and the quality of the food has gone way down. It used to taste authentic and flavorful. Now you just get super bland food. Their aguas frescas remain delicious.

Ordered Flautas but got Taquitos. Was expecting flour tortillas but got regular corn taquitos. The beans and rice were good though.

First time here, but I order to go. Parking is kind of strange but it was dark at night. I order a carne asada burrito and it was delicious. Will be coming again to try other foods.

This place is great! Reasonable prices, big dishes and the employees are constantly friendly.

They brought two kinds of salsa with the chips! They were both good!!I had the machaca con huevos. It was decent, solid standard machaca, but not outstanding. Rice and beans were tasty. Service was slightly better than adequate...solid, but not outstanding.

Flew in from Canada and had a little wait before checking into our hotel, the guy at the hotel suggested this place and it was amazing. Food was great, big portions, salsa was hot and tasty! Perfect start to our vacation.

I came here to eat. Ordered a Chile Relleno and it was full of seeds. Impossible for me to finish my meal. I politely went to the the attention of the staff and they were very very rude to me. I explained how these seeds are harmful to health. They told me this is how they make them. And there were 2 young lady and a older lady just being very rude. Telling me not ever come back that they would not gonna do anything for me. I was not asking for a refund or exchange but trying to make a point on this issue and health. Then the older lady threw 5 dollars on the counter telling me there is half because you already are half of the order. I did not take the 5 dollars and had to leave the please due to their bad behavior towards me. They got very hostile and loud. I asked for the owners phone number they refused to let me contact the owner. Avoid this place if you can. You may get sick from their food.

Bomb tacos. Food trucks are cool, but you can't beat the tacos here. Had asada, pollo, and carnitas. They gave me a huge side of chips too. The fast food section was quick.

Terrible place..this is not mexican food

I really like this resturant a lot, the only reason why I come here is for there fried fish burritos w/habanero sauce! (Nothing else) I have notice there prices are going up on the menu every few months(maybe for adjustments), they only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I cant tell if they are two resturants or one, I always get yelled at for ordering on the wrong side of the building(seriously)!

I love the whole fried fish with Veracruz sauce.They use red snapper and it's nicely prepared.

Good food at reasonable price. The tacos are delicious and burritos are a great size. Order from the counter and eat in the fast food section for great prices. A little more to dine in the sit down section but most nights they have a mariachi bsnd playing to requests.

Went in with the family. Service was kind of slow. Food was alright but a bit expensive.

If you're in the area and are craving fast food. This place will satisfy your craving. Shrimp tacos are my favs.

Super yummy! Got the veggie tacos with no dairy or rice (the rice is cooked in butter) and my husband got the fish tacos both were delicious!

Awesome spot to eat food when in a hurry. The service is speedy, rates are fair, great ambience. Highly recommended

Ordered Chicken and Carne Asada tacos. Double tortilla, little refried beans, protein, sprinkling of queso, and some onions. Side of pickled accompaniments. Missing sauce and Pico de Gallo. Very bland. Carne Asada had nice char, but lacked any seasoning - zero flavor. Chicken a bit better - with squeeze of lime and requested tomatillo sauce. Not coming back. Stars are for chicken only.

Excellent classic Mexican mom-n-pop with Merry Christmas in the window. Ordered a burrito that tasted like it was made by someone who truely loves me.

Avoid this place. The staff is very rude. There is a very mean older lady on the counter also some younger girls with no courtesy or manners. These people don't believe in Customer Service. Don't risk it

Hey just a different place to have what we diserve

I like this restaurant! They prepare superb meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is always of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is very good too. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Was starving , had a shrimp enchilada with rice and beans. Totally awesome . My buddie had a Shrimp El Torre. Picture down below need i say more.

Not too many places on Burbank have good ceviche and micheladas. This is the top one!

I live in the Oakland bay area, so we have authentic Mexican food there. But, finding this place was like finding a diamond in the rough! The best Mexican food I've had in such a long time! Delicious food excellent value! next time I'm in the area I will definitely look for this restaurant again! just sad that it is so far away from where I live! I would come here all the time!
